Real Chocolate

I love good chocolate, the more % of cocoa the better – so today I made my own with 100% cocoa solids from my Koko Samoa block. Β I freestyled the ingredients proportions using coconut oil, almond butter and Koko.

I plan to make more and experiment with other flavours such as spices and dried fruit.

Method:

Heat coconut oil in a saucepan, grate koko in, add almond butter, stir until all have melted together.

Pour onto tray and leave to set in the fridge or freezer.
